book rec.
I continue to be amazed by the beauty of the book Gilead (see sidebar.) Have any of you ever read it? It won the Pulitzer Prize. I won't tell you the premise because it sounds boring. But this is definitely a book worth your time...

No, I haven't read it, but I'll put it on my list of books to read when wedding season is over. Can't wait. I'm ready for some down-time with a good book.
I picked it up at the library yesterday. I feel very limited right now. We don't have a camera and my phone isn't allowing me to send pictures to my email for some reason. I started a large painting for our assignment, but there is no way to show you!!
