HILARIOUS!!! I've learned that lesson the hard way. Nothing makes you feel older than a ride on a roller coaster. There is a carousel at a local park that I take Ethan on. Without fail I find myself thinking, "Isn't this going a little fast? I'm mean this is a pretty good clip for a kids ride."

Ethan is thinking, "Why is mommy green?"

I feel your pain Fundy.
 

By the way we also celebrated our 2nd anniversary at a Six Flags. I was nauseous all day. ; )

I remember in high school how much I absolutely LOVED roller coasters. Forwards, backwards, upside-down, loopdy-loops etc. Then, after I had been married probably 2 or 3 years, we went to a state fair in NC. I rode on this ride where you just stand there, and it spins and spins and the pressure of it pushes you up against the outside wall. I thought it was so fun, I did it again immediately. I have not wanted to get on anything that spins ever since then, and that was probably 5 or 6 years ago. It makes me sick just remembering it...what happened to me?
 

Kellsey--I had a lot of fun on the smoother type rollercoasters, but I can't ride the newer, super intense ones--they make me feel awful. I made the mistake of riding the Texas Giant to humor my husband--what a nightmare! My body was bouncing around like a rag doll....:P
 

Ah! The Texas Giant used to be one of my favorites! I wonder if I would like it anymore...

Sorry you got so bounced. I generally remember coming off that one with bruises.
