Diamond Lace Shawl


I just finished knitting this shawl for my mother-in-law yesterday. Her birthday is on Easter this year, so I'll be shipping it off soon. If anyone's interested I can post the pattern. Some of the stitches are a little tricky, but with practice they're not hard to learn.

It is really beautiful!!! Wow, your skills have really grown. Just this past weekend a girlfriend of mine got me started on my first official project of a felted handbag. I'm learning the stockinette stitch. Maybe one day I'll be like you!!

Thanks y'all...I get a little obsessed with knitting sometimes, but mostly it helps me relax at the end of the day and makes fun presents to give. I'm finally working on a shawl for myself.

Lizard, I can't wait to see your felted bag!! I haven't done felting yet, so you'll have to let me know how it goes.
