Sketching Broccolli, of all things.
Soooo, it's January, and our brocolli plants are so very happy..... today the fifth and sixth grade painted both a leaf and a "tree" of that vegetable. (We were indoors drawing because it was a little nippy outside, and as usual, many of my students didn't bring coats!)
